Single Review
Bohemian Rhapsody, Rated PG-13.
Starring: Rami Malek, Lucy Boynton, Gwilym Lee, Ben
Hardy, Joseph Mazzello, Aiden Gillen, Tom Hollander, Mike Myers.
Brief Summary: Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury. Freddie defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet. The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound. They reach unparalleled success, but in an unexpected turn Freddie, surrounded by darker influences, shuns Queen in pursuit of his solo career. Having suffered greatly without the collaboration of Queen, Freddie manages to reunite with his bandmates just in time for Live Aid. While bravely facing a recent AIDS diagnosis, Freddie leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. Queen cements a legacy that continues to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day. (source: iTunes)

This was a really good movie
overall. Other than enjoying Queen’s music, I never really followed the band,
or how they made it to the top as they did. It was interesting to see how &
why they made the music we all love to this day & how hard they worked to
make the music they wanted to make. And I have to say, you can’t help but to
hum, sing, tap your feet, or drum your fingers to all the old hits they played
in this movie. If you love all the Queen classics, you’ll like this movie. We may
get this movie when it comes out on DVD/Blu-ray & 4K.
End Credits: There were no “movie” clips in or after the
credits. There was however, a real clip of one of Queen’s performances as the
credits rolled, which was cool to see.
